The Journey Beyond Death continues with Part 4, marking the third installment in our Mental Health Resiliency series. This powerful episode takes us deeper into how the mind and soul respond to profound loss—and what truly helps us survive it.

Guests include licensed counselor and hypnosis specialist Ann Marie Sochia; MAPS founder and psychedelic therapy trailblazer Dr. Rick Doblin; plant medicine integration coach Dylan Charles; and modern intuitive psychotherapist Dr. Beth Miller. Together, they illuminate the emotional and spiritual science of grief recovery—going beyond conventional therapy to explore hypnosis, sacred medicine, energetic healing, and consciousness expansion.

You’ll hear firsthand how people are using guided trance, breathwork, MDMA, iboga, and intuitive ritual to not just cope—but radically transform their relationship to pain, mortality, and meaning. The conversation challenges outdated models of mental health by honoring the truth that grief can be a spiritual awakening, not a clinical disorder.

If you or someone you love is struggling with deep emotional loss, this episode offers insight, guidance, and emerging tools that blend ancient wisdom with cutting-edge therapy. The goal isn’t to forget the pain—it’s to alchemize it into peace.
