Cintra Best is a holistic coach, author, photographer and entrepreneur with a focus in healing, homeopathy, and natural health.She holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Natural Health, a certificate in Nutrition and Herbology and earned a degree as a Naturopathic Doctor. In addition to her collegiate accolades, Best possesses Reiki levels one, two, and master teacher level.

In her practice, Cintra focuses on mind, body, and spirit coaching and works with clients to define how emotions affect one’s life and behaviors.

Cintra’s highly regarded self-improvement book, Enlighten My Senses, was released in 2013.

The book explores Best’s own journey of spiritual self-examination and realization, recounting her experiences of the loss of her parents, the anxiety and depression that she experienced as a result, and the spiritual explorations she used to find peace for her present and future. The focus of the book is healing the heart and the inner self.

Cintra is currently working on a second book, Enlighten My Senses: Evolving the Soul, which is focused on navigating one’s inner compass and how to apply the wisdom it provides to navi-gating the world outside of oneself.

Cintra has served on the board of the non-profit organization Akhand Param Dham of America since 2012. In addition to Cintra’s holistic and spiritual work, she maintains a well-rounded life and has had an expansive business career, highlights of which have included a range of upper-management positions such as Director of Operations at Erica’s Skin Care and CFO of Best Transport LLC. Cintra does contract work for FEMA as the need arises in natural disasters around the country. Cintra is also the creator of Sassy Girl Sauces, her own green chili sauce recipe.
